As the new year rolls in, it’s a natural time to reflect, reset, and look ahead. When the very first MOVA Globe launched back in 2004, none of us could have predicted how the product would be received, or where MOVA would be over two decades later. 

From humble beginnings, we’ve continually aimed to raise the bar. Over the years, MOVA has expanded dramatically. We’ve launched whole new collections such as MOVA Outer Space and introduced captivating designs like the award-winning Antique Terrestrial Globe.

But product development is only part of the story. Our journey has included welcoming new team members, earning industry accolades, and joining forces with thousands of retail partners around the world.

Now, we’re excited to share our goals for the year ahead. We hope to continue inspiring you through our unique designs and dedication to quality craftsmanship — and we thank you for supporting us along the way.


✨ Our New Year’s Resolutions ✨

1. Unveil New Products and Designs

In the past, we saw exciting additions to our product line, most notably the Antique Terrestrial White and the festive Home for the Holidays by Andy Russell. But we’re just getting started.

Now, we’re ramping things up with more designs and even new product categories. Whether we’re expanding existing collections or launching something completely unexpected (hint: Death Star MOVA Globe, anyone?), our aim is to surprise and delight you. Keep an eye out — big things (and some smaller ones too) are coming your way.

2. Grow Our Online Presence

The rising popularity of MOVA Creations has allowed us to broaden our online community. In 2015, we launched a sleek, user-friendly website packed with videos, photography, competitions, and behind-the-scenes content.

This year, we’re looking to build even deeper connections online. With your help, we want to make MOVA the go-to brand in the world of kinetic décor and motion-inspired design. Like, share, tag, tweet — however you engage, we love seeing your photos and reading your stories.

3. Shine at Trade Shows — New and Familiar

In 2015, we made a strong push to expand our presence at trade shows — from New York and Los Angeles to Paris and Hong Kong. As a brand whose products must be seen to be believed, these events have been essential in showcasing what makes MOVA special.

Now, we’re taking it a step further by joining new shows and returning to past favourites with a stronger presence and sharper displays. It’s all part of our plan to make MOVA a household name across the globe. We can’t wait to bring you along for the ride as we document our travels and exhibitions city by city.

4. Partner with More Independent Retailers

Although online shopping has skyrocketed, we remain committed to supporting independent brick-and-mortar retailers — the heart and soul of local communities. These boutiques, museum shops, and galleries offer curated experiences that are difficult to replicate online.

We consider our retailers true partners. Our mission is to expand our reach into more high-street shops around the world, allowing even more people to experience the magic of MOVA in person.
